Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your Biome Botanicals purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and undamaged.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@biome-botanicals.com with your order number. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Once your return is received and confirmed to be in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we’re unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, as we prioritize product integrity and customer safety.

Warning: Do not use it if you have kidney disease, inflammatory bowel disease, known magnesium allergy, bowel obstruction, severe abdominal pain, unexplained rectal bleeding, or a sudden change in bowel habits lasting more than 2 weeks. Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience persistent diarrhea, worsening symptoms, or allergic reaction. If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your physician before use.Drug interactions: Magnesium may interact with certain medications (e.g., some antibiotics and thyroid medications).
